As a young cavalry officer, István Széchenyi participated in the Battle of Nations at Leipzig in 1813, where he had an important task: carrying messages betweem the allied troops. The animated film, in Hungarian and English, provides a humorous glimpse into this adventurous episode of Széchenyi’s life, depicting the young count’s great mission.
