The Battle of Leipzig was one of the greatest events of the Napoleonic era. Count István Széchenyi himself was among the participants, which is why two animations on the subject can be seen in Nagycenk.
Our film The Count’s Cunning narrates the Battle of Nations from Széchenyi’s perspective, featuring swirling cavalry charges, night rides, and a bit of boasting, though the story of the clash itself remains untold. This personal narrative is complemented by an animation projected on a diorama, allowing viewers to follow the events of the three-day battle and the movements of the armies. All of this is supported by a detailed description that was also part of our work.
