Exhibition – Nádasdladány

The world of aristocratic mansions still captures the interest of modern audiences, as demonstrated by successful British series like “You Rang, M’Lord?” and “Downton Abbey.” The newly renovated Nádasdy Mansion Museum commissioned five animated films and one live-action film to evoke this world, along with its Hungarian parallels. These films bring the castle’s past to life, depicting the everyday lives of the Nádasdy family and their diverse array of servants. Viewers will also discover how the castle was lit and how communication took place within its walls.
