Abaújvár: A Fort by the Hernád River
A look back at a Hungarian earth fort from 700-800 years ago. Over the years, we’ve had many joint projects with Pazirik, and this film is a result of our collaboration.
The remnants of one of Hungary’s oldest fortifications were discovered in Abaújvár. The fort’s heyday was from the 11th to the 14th century, with the surrounding water providing its main defense. Its structures were made of wood and earth, except for the stone church and the bailiff’s house. We designed and animated the characters and were responsible for the sound.
